Video: I always felt empty when I was doing secular music – Yaw Siki

Former Hiplife artiste Yaw Siki now an Evangelist Okai has revealed that he always felt empty when he was doing secular music.

In his earlier interview with one radio station, the Wope Dodo hit maker revealed his spiritual and emotional state were at the time he was in the secular world of music. Affirming that he never got any form of fulfillment despite the money and fame he had at the time.

Yaw Siki, in his confirmation, said although, people saw him as one of the youngest rising stars in the music industry and so, imagined he was on top of all with the money and fame, but spitting the truth, he was a sad soul.

“Whenever I was alone in my room, I really felt the emptiness in me and I always felt I needed to do something to be happy”.

Evangelist Yaw Siki also said, he found out that, he had no joy in life and his release therapy was smoking. That when he smoked, he forgot his problems a little while.

“People who were closer to me knew about my emotional trauma. When you looked at me carefully, you could notice that I was empty”.
